Please allow 2 – 5 business days depending on your location.

All international shipping is calculated in Australian dollars and does not include import duty which will be county-specific and based on delivery address. Please check your country’s customs rates before purchasing.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 Our products are fragile in nature and some are made to order, refunds / exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We encourage our customers to consider their order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged goods return

If your purchase has been damaged during transit, please contact studio@steviemichaels.com.au within 7 days with the following details: 

  • Proof of Purchase OR Original Order Reference Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • Items damaged 

  • Include images of the damaged box and damaged item.

Please note:

Stevie Michaels reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.  Stevie Michaels cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.  

Where a credit is elected, we will communicate via email to confirm once this has been processed.
